Hi! I am a rising senior at Baruch looking to move downstate for an easier commute. My budget is $1200-$1300/mo incl. utilities. I used to live in the city so I know my budget is kind of low but I’m looking to see what’s out there. I am available to move ASAP but preferably before the end of August as that’s when the new semester starts.

I have previous experience living w/ roommates and am tidy, respectful, friendly and considerate. I value a living space that is organized, safe and clean. I am a pretty mellow person and don’t smoke or drink and I would prefer to live with someone who is similar to me in that way.

Also roomie won’t let me pick multiple locations but I am open to living anywhere in Manhattan
