I saw your post and would love to learn more. The place sounds fantastic, and having a separate office setup is a massive plus for me since I’m balancing my coursework as an MIT Sloan Fellow with building my startup ventures.

A bit about me: I’m Ritesh. I’m a bit older (39) and have a background as a tech executive. During the week, I keep a pretty structured routine—I usually spend a lot of time on campus, working on my businesses, or hitting the gym for my daily lifting routine. I am very clean, respectful of shared spaces, and value a peaceful home environment, but I also love cooking and occasionally hosting curated community potluck dinners.

Logistically, I have one slight catch with the timing: I will be traveling out of the country from August 20th and won’t be back until September 8th. I would absolutely sign the lease and pay rent starting September 1st, but I wouldn’t be able to physically move my things in until I land on the 8th.
