My dog is a documented and prescribed service animal - he’s 11 years old and 12lbs. When I’m not working, he’s attached to my hip. He is ADA compliant, TSA trained, and 100% pad trained with his own stairs to get on and off the bed. You wouldn’t even know he’s there. I’m recently divorced and currently enjoy my alone time - I don’t ever have guests over; especially not overnight. I’m not high maintenance and I’m very chill and clean - I didn’t realize how clean of a person I was until I started looking at rooms for rent and saw how other people live lol.

I have my own furniture but if the room is furnished then I do also have a storage unit if you want to leave it furnished. As long as I have my own space, electricity with an internet connection, and a drama-free home life then I’m happy. Oh and I also have a car so I’d need somewhere to park.
