Wendy

Hi! My name is Wendy, and I’m a full-time college student at Howard University as well as a freelance photographer. I’m responsible, respectful, and keep a clean, quiet living space. I spend most of my time balancing school, work, and creative projects, so I’m not someone who hosts parties or creates a lot of noise.

I’m easy to communicate with, pay my bills on time, and value a peaceful, comfortable home where everyone respects each other’s space. If needed, I can also provide a co-signer. I’m looking for a place where I can focus on finishing school while being a considerate and reliable roommate or tenant.
