I’m 44 and from NYC by way of Ohio originally. I currently live in LB, but recently separated and looking to around Sept/Oct. I work as an associate therapist and am looking for 1-2 roommates in a clean, calm, community-minded place to stay.

I have a 5 pound service dog, who is a little heart melter. He sleeps with me and can eat in my room, and he is usually with me when I’m out, but also has a crate for when I’m not home. He is well behaved and trained. He is shy with other dogs but warms up after some time.

I’d prefer to live with female or nonbinary roommates. The areas I’m interested in are in Long Beach, Belmont Heights, Seal Beach, Lakewood, or even as far as Costa Mesa. I’m more concerned with roommate fit than location. My budget can go up to $1,400 for the right place.

A lil bit about me: I love reading, going to the gym, trying new coffee shops, and taking my pup to the beach.
