Hello Surjay, My name is Keyon Mills. I am an incoming transfer student at Sacramento State. I am looking for a temporary place to stay for approximately 30 days while I wait for my room at Hornet Commons to become available. I believe I would be a great person to live with because I am quiet, respectful, clean, and considerate of other people’s space and property. I do not smoke or drink, and I do not have parties or make excessive noise. I am a student-athlete, so I maintain a structured schedule and am usually up early for training and other responsibilities. Because my admission and arrival were finalized late, I was unable to secure summer housing through the university. Your private room on Cadillac Drive, especially with its own bathroom, appears to be a good temporary fit. Is the room available for a 30-day stay?
