I’m needing to relocate from current rental situation, because landlord’s mom needs my space. I’ve been here, since 2022. I pay rent early…cash. I have no pets, no addictions, no criminal history. Am easy-going, not a door slammer, am quiet & kind. My background is in sales, hospitality, PR, journalism, & international modeling. I have very good credit & references.
