Makayla Dawkins

I’m an incoming graduate student at Howard University who will also be working full-time, so I value having a home that is clean, respectful, and peaceful. I’m responsible, communicative, and considerate of shared spaces. I enjoy getting to know the people I live with while also respecting everyone’s privacy and personal routines. My schedule keeps me busy with school and work, so I’m generally quiet, organized, and dependable. I always pay my bills on time, clean up after myself, and believe open communication is the best way to keep a household running smoothly. Whether it’s coordinating chores, being mindful of noise, or simply being a supportive roommate, I strive to create a comfortable and welcoming living environment for everyone.
