Hi there! My name is Aveyah, and I am currently looking for a room to rent in the Fairfield area. I recently graduated high school and am eager to find a stable, welcoming place to start this next chapter of my life and navigate things in this tough economy. Why I’d Be a Great Roommate/Tenant: I have a very strong work ethic and currently juggle two jobs. One of these is working at my grandmother’s floral arrangement business, which I am very passionate about. Because I work so much, I stay busy and value a peaceful home to return to. Respectful & Quiet: I am extremely mindful of boundaries and am great at open, respectful communication. I am a homebody who enjoys quiet hobbies like crocheting and playing video games, so you won’t ever have to worry about noise. I also do not plan on having company over, aside from the occasional family member. Clean & Rule-Abiding: I thrive in a structured environment and have no problem following strict house rules and regulations. I am naturally tidy and always step up to help keep shared spaces spotless. Self-Sufficient: I have my food covered through food stamps, so I am fully self-reliant when it comes to groceries and meals. Pet Owner: I do come with one very sweet, well-behaved companion—my cat. They mean the world to me, and I take complete responsibility for their care, litter, and cleanliness. I am looking for a drama-free, respectful living situation.
