Moving from Boston, looking for a nice place maybe lower of a 1500-2500 range. Would love to have a place walkable to the beach. Need a spot to live by late August but am able to sign a 8/1 move in. Iām organized, clean, and pretty social. Looking to be friends with roomate/roomates but open to being independent. I love the beach, skiing, golf, staying active, sports, and going out on occasion.
