Hi! I’m an 18-year-old college student currently attending College of the Sequoias, where I’m studying Electrical Technology. My goal is to join the electrical union and build a long-term career in the trade.

I’m looking for a room to rent in Visalia with a budget of around $500 per month. My ideal move-in date is July 18, but I’m flexible and can move in as soon as a room is available.

I’m respectful, responsible, and easy to get along with. I keep shared spaces clean, communicate well, and always respect house rules. I do vape, but I only do so outside and will never vape inside the home. I don’t have any pets or kids, and I have my own reliable vehicle for transportation.

One thing that sets me apart is that I’m handy and enjoy fixing things when I can. I’m looking for a peaceful, drama-free home with roommates who are respectful and considerate.
