I found out 4 days ago my roommate is moving out in 2 weeks, so I’m urgently looking for a room for rent within $1000/month and utilities no more than $100 per person.

I’m a 25F full-time EMT with an annual gross income of $50,000 and good credit. My scheduled shifts are Mon-Wed 11A-8P, Thur 12P-9P, and Fri 9A-6P; but I often work overtime. I take care of lighter chores throughout the week, then set aside 2-3hrs on the weekend for heavier tasks like meal prep, deep clean, and laundry.

About Me: (for the astrology people) Virgo Sun, Sag Moon, and Aries Rising. My hobbies are trying new cuisines, creative arts, and exploring nature, then ending the night reading fiction in bed. I’m very mindful of how my actions impact others, and shared spaces. I limit my personal belongings to my room except for kitchen items.
