I just graduated (music & computer science) and am starting a new software engineering job in Dublin, OH in late July. My friends say I’m pretty friendly. I keep common areas clean and do the dishes after I use them. I’m originally from Cincinnati, so I love Graeter’s and Skyline.

I’m open to anything downtown, Dublin area, or generally within 30 minutes of Dublin. I hear that it’s a 30 minute drive from any part of Cbus to any other part of Cbus though.

Fun facts: I’ve been paid to write dad jokes. The jokes came in 3 packages: Papa’s Puns, Father’s Funnies, Old Man’s Oh Mans. I like biking and reading. I’m learning French & Chinese if you want to practice.

Budget: I am flexible for a short term lease while I find a permanent place, but I’d definitely prefer 1200 or less long term.

Location: My ideal place would be somewhere downtown or north/west side. Hopefully within walking distance of a grocery store & a bus stop. But I understand that’s a pretty tall order. If we’d be a good fit but the location is the only thing that’s off, reach out anyway.

Duration: I’m open to a short term (1-3 months) sublet/lease while I find a permanent place!
