Hey there! My names casey I’m a 35-year-old Male who just recently moved to the Bradenton area. I’m pretty much a blank slate here—outside of my coworkers, I don’t really know anyone in town yet, so I’m looking for a chill, reliable place to lay my head. My Schedule & Work Life To be up front: I work a lot. I keep myself busy with two jobs, so I will be out of the house pretty much all the time. Full-Time: Working for the City of Bradenton doing solid waste removal (early mornings). Part-Time: Working as a laundry and floor tech over at Riviera Palms. Between the two gigs, my schedule is packed. When I am home, I’m usually just winding down, catching up on sleep, or keeping things low-key. What I’m Like as a Roommate Clean & Respectful: Because of my floor tech background and just personal habit, I know how to keep a space clean and respect common areas. Quiet & Low-Maintenance: You won’t have to worry about loud parties or constant guests. I’m dependable, pay my bills on time, and value a peaceful environment. Easygoing: I’m completely independent and respect everyone’s privacy, but I’m also down for a friendly chat in the kitchen when our schedules actually cross.
