I’m relocating to the Satellite Beach area of Florida at the end of July 2026. I work in the IT industry. I’m an introvert and keep to myself most of the time, but I’m friendly and approachable. If you want to have a conversation, that’s not a problem. I’m looking to make friends too. Looking for a room where I can stay for at least 6 months. At the moment, my budget is $500-600, and if you have a garage where I can store my toolbox, that would be great. I do my own car repairs. Of course, I understand if that is not allowed in the property. I don’t smoke, and I have no problem with anyone who does; we are all adults. I’m clean and organise.
