About me: I’m 41, Male; work in AI sales for the North America market, so steady schedule, steady income, easy to screen. I’ve lived in Cow Hollow, on Filbert Street, for the past two years, so I’m settled here, not new to the city. I’m genuinely clean and tidy, a non-smoker, quiet at night, early to bed and early to rise. Fine living with pets too.

Most of my free time is out of the house: tennis, swimming, the gym, dancing, scuba diving, cold plunges, and seeing friends. I also respect everyone’s space.
