Hello!

My name is Randall Bedford. I am 25 years old and work at UVA. I tend to stay in my room and only really use the kitchen once a week for meal prepping. I’ll help with chores around the apartment including deep cleaning. I’m usually in bed by 9:30pm and out of the house by 7am on week days. I usually don’t bring people to the apartment but will ask beforehand.

I’m looking for a roommate that cleans after themselves. Ideally, they are a morning person but doesn’t matter if quiet.

I’m open to renewing my current lease at Riverbend Condominiums, moving into someone’s current lease or finding a new apartment together.
