I’m quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t smoke, and do not drink often. I usually sleep at 11:00PM, and no later than 1:00AM. I have good credit history, and would prefer to set up recurring payments to make sure rent is always paid on time. I don’t have any pets, and I’m looking for a peaceful, clean, and comfortable long-term home, preferably near the South San Jose area.
