I’m temporarily displaced and looking to rent a room until I can get into my apartment. I’m clean, not noisy, I don’t mind others noises, I keep to myself and I’m considerate of others. I have a medical condition that makes me very sensitive to the heat and the sun, so I need to be able to use my AC unit, or whatever is available or preferred by owner. I have an emotional support pup, Yoki, she is very well behaved and very mild tempered. She is house trained and gets along with cats and dogs and people and kids. My kids also live in Kelseyville and stay with me every other week. However, my son will stay the nights with his father while I’m displaced.
