Looking for a chill place for a 53 Str SWM with a cat. The cat will be skittish at first due to being in a new place but is a good boy and will warm up quickly to people and other cats (has three feline buddies currently). I don’t drink (been like 7 years) or smoke (been like 12 years) and never did drugs. I don’t mind if people drink around me as I quit for health reasons rather than a problem, or if they smoke cigs or weed, as long as I’m not breathing it in and it doesn’t stink me out.

I’m re-pivoting my career (after Covid killed my startup business - I’ll tell you about that when we meet) back to my former fields (IT Development, Program Management, Healthcare Data etc.) so over the next 6 months I’ll be mostly gaining certs in Project Management, AI Implementation and a few other software specific things. I’ll probably be working doing less impressive things in the meantime. Off road parking would be great but as long as there is street parking I’m good with that.
