Hello, my name is Nathan Yang, and I am currently a full-time student at Cal State East Bay! I’ll be going into my second year of college this year, and I am looking for a room to move into the Hayward area for at least 12 months. I am very relaxed with rules in a household, which can always be discussed in person as well. I also generally just like a clean space as well, so in my free time, if there is cleaning to do, I generally will do it. I am not too loud; the loudest I’ll be is playing music, playing video games, or talking with friends. I do not whatsoever blast any sort of volume on any kind of device as I find that annoying as well and do not want to disturb anyone else living with me. I do have friends that I may want to invite over from here and there, but before inviting anyone, I will check in with all roommates beforehand to see if it is okay.
