I’m a 53-year-old designer and educator, quiet, clean, and easy to live with. My days are busy with work outside the home, so I’m out most of the day and back only in the evenings to work on my laptop for a few hours before sleep. You’d barely see me around. I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, and I keep to myself. I’m friendly when we cross paths but I respect privacy and shared quiet. Looking for a calm, stable place to live for a few months while I focus on my work.
