I’m a U.S. Navy Submarine Veteran and an economics student at USD. I’m looking to find a room or team up with like-minded people to rent a place in Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, or the Downtown/Gaslamp area.

Why I’m a great roommate:

Reliable & Financially Stable: Between my GI Bill, VA, and military background, rent is always paid early, and bills are never an issue.

Clean & Respectful: After years of living on a submarine, “clean as you go” is practically in my DNA. I respect shared spaces, keep a tidy kitchen, and appreciate a low-stress, organized home.

Active & Easygoing: When I’m not studying, I love being outdoors, walking along Pacific and Ocean Beach, cooking, and staying active. I value my alone time to focus on school, but I’m always down to grab a coffee, catch a game, check out local restaurants, or just chat.

My Roommate Preference: I have a strong preference for living with other military veterans or active-duty service members (especially fellow disabled veterans). I’m looking for housemates who understand the lifestyle, value direct and honest communication, and want to pool resources to secure a great spot in a premier neighborhood.
