Howdy!

As a roommate I keep shared spaces clean, have no pets, don’t smoke, nor do I take cannabis/drugs/alcohol. I most likely won’t be making elaborate meals in the kitchen. I’m a microwave/air fryer sort of gal most days. Though I may use the oven/stove top once in a while for meal prep.

I’m not a partier, but I love to go out to volunteer, check out local events, etc. I’m the type of person who would love to be friends with roommates, and I’m a fan of deep talk (as opposed to small talk). I would like to get a roommate/s because aside from the cost savings, my top value in life is connection. And part of the reason I want to move cross country is to live closer to my values.

I currently live in Texas and I’m thinking of relocating to Collingswood, New Jersey or the surrounding area because I like how things are closer together in the Northeast. Even though I’m currently working in the hospitality industry as an assistant manager at a hotel, I aim to change career paths soon, ideally working in a 3rd space like a museum or library.
