Hello. Looking for a room to rent. Just me. Living with boyfriend for a year and a half. Not working. Need to move on. We are separating Amicably. I work for school district over 15 years. A Dependable renter. Month to month. Now single, not try to be financially strapped paying high rental costs. I can afford $900 to $1150 depending on amenities. Looking for a no drama environment.
