Retired non-profit director proudly calling Monterey home for 51 years - a true local at heart while allowing my Boston-Italian roots to keep me in tune with being an avid sports fan. I am a Rotarian and member of the Loyal Order of Moose, a founder of the Monterey Ski & Social Club, now in our 35th year of volunteering, over 400 volunteer hours at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. My lovely home of 21 years in Old Town has been sold, and I am anxious to remain here. I served as the membership chair for the Old Town Neighborhood Association (OTNA). You will find me to be quiet, yet active with a warm, loving circle of friends. Ideally, I am seeking a studio or one-bedroom home to settle into for the next 10 years for $1,400 per month including utilities. I qualify for a low-income/senior housing. Open to a home share with a private commode (de rigueur) . I shower at the Monterey Sports Center.

I don’t have furniture, but have lots of friends. We could shop around! I possess a FICO score of 800 and excellent references. Although I have a valid CDL, I do not own a vehicle.
