I’m a working professional who is also attending school, so I value a peaceful, respectful, and clean home environment. My budget is around $700–$800 per month, with a maximum of $900.

I’m hoping to live with female roommates, ideally in their 20s–40s, though I’m also open to older roommates who value privacy and personal space. I’d like everyone to help keep shared spaces clean and communicate respectfully.

I’m not a good fit for a home with smoking, drugs, pets, frequent overnight guests or partners, or loud phone calls and noise after 11 p.m. I respect other people’s boundaries and am looking for roommates who will do the same.
