Moving from the Finger Lakes, for work. Exciting opportunity to transfer to a different federal agency. Respectful and considerate, very responsible, very tidy. Have both owned my own home and rented by myself or with others. Also spent several years as live-in support and management for student residence halls. Roommate(s) aged mid-30s and up. Private or ensuite bathroom would be a dream. In Manhattan, no further north than Upper West/East. In Brooklyn, west/central/north with a max 40 min public transport commute to South Village. My lifestyle tends towards productive and self-focused when at home, or being out and about, rather than sofa time and frequent socializing in shared living spaces.
