Hi there! I am a 32-year-old male looking for a room in Modesto. I work full-time M-F 6am-5pm for Modesto City School District as a Substitute Bus Driver. I currently live with my father but I am ready to take the next step toward independent living before my fiancée and I get married.

Because I do not drive a personal vehicle, I get around by walking or riding my bike. I love staying active, but when I am home, I am very quiet and keep to myself. I have strong moral values, I am highly respectful of others’ space, homes, and rules. I take pride in keeping my living area clean and cleaning up after myself (and with that please do not assume I think I am better than. I have had other’s assume that.. I just like to help out).

It will be just me staying in the room (no overnight guests or pets). I am looking for a short-term arrangement until I transition to the next stage of my life. My first full paycheck with the school district arrives on August 14th, and I am ready to secure a place either before then or around that time.
