I am an art student transferring as a junior to USF this fall. I’m trans FTM looking for someone who is comfortable with that. I have two cats that do ok with dogs (that have been around cats before), but they aren’t good with other cats. Honestly, I can be a bit messy, but I respect and shared spaces and will not leave a mess there. I am looking for an unfurnished place in the Tampa/St. Pete areas that would have a max individual rent of $650/mo.
