Looking for a short term furnished room for September and October. Hi, I am Ryan, a 38 year old from Central Florida. I co own Seed The Stars, a small Florida based seed company. Most days I work quietly from my laptop, packing and shipping a few seed orders each week.

I am looking for a furnished room in the Weaverville area for September and October while my partner finishes a seasonal job nearby. We are hoping to get to know western North Carolina better because we would like to spend future summers in the area.

I am looking for a furnished room with reliable internet. My budget is around $800 to $950 per month, depending on the place.

I am clean, organized, respectful of other people’s homes, and easy to live with. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, hiking, working out, and exploring the area.

I will also have my cat, Jinx. She is six years old, quiet, litter box trained, and spends most of her day napping or keeping me company while I work.
