My name is Leydy, and I am a clean, responsible, and friendly graduate student moving to Corvallis to pursue my master’s degree in Environmental Engineering at Oregon State University. I am looking for a welcoming, dog-friendly place to call home for myself and my two wonderful pups.

► Why I’m Moving & My Income

•Purpose: I will be starting my graduate fellowship at OSU this September. •Financial Stability: My studies and living expenses are fully funded by a graduate fellowship and the Fulbright scholarship, so I have a guaranteed, stable monthly income that easily covers my portion of rent and utilities on time, every time.

I spend a lot of my time focused on my studies and research, so I appreciate a quiet, peaceful home environment to unwind. When I’m not hitting the books, I love staying active, whether that’s practicing kickboxing, exploring nature, or just enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest outdoors.

My dogs are a huge part of my life, and I am a highly responsible pet owner.

•Indoor Experts: They grew up living in an apartment, so they are completely accustomed to indoor living and know how to behave inside. •Well-Behaved: They are fully house-trained, friendly, and quiet. •Calm Energy: Because we spend plenty of time exercising and exploring outdoors, they are very relaxed, sweet, and low-maintenance when we are at home.
