Hey there, I’m Charles! I’m a military veteran and a full-time professional currently working for the International Rescue Committee (IRC). My job provides a very stable, comfortable income, and down the road, I plan to utilize my GI benefits for school, which adds an extra financial cushion. Because of my background, I am naturally disciplined, exceptionally clean, and highly respectful of shared spaces and house rules. I tend to keep to myself and value a quiet, peaceful home environment, but I’m always down for a friendly chat with housemates. I don’t drive and commute entirely via my E-bike, so I am looking for a spot with convenient transit or Metro access.
