Hi — I’m a single mom who works full-time and studies online, with my daughter staying every other weekend. I keep a simple, steady routine: work, schoolwork, sleep. I’m very much a homebody and spend almost all of my time in my room. The only shared space I really use is the kitchen, and only to cook — I always clean up right after and leave it exactly as I found it. I don’t use the living room or common areas otherwise. I don’t smoke, drink, do any drugs, or have people over. I’m tidy, considerate about noise, and genuinely low-drama. Because of my schedule and parenting time, I’d really prefer a private bathroom or one shared only with a female roommate. I don’t have pets but I love animals and would be glad to help with pet-sitting or care when needed.
