Rakeem

I’m Rakeem, a 29-year-old creative professional from the UK looking for a comfortable and respectful place to live in New York City.

I work independently across music, events and creative projects, so I’m ambitious, organised and usually focused on my work. I’m friendly and sociable, but I also value personal space and a peaceful home environment. I enjoy exploring the city, travelling, keeping active, attending cultural events and meeting people from different backgrounds.

As a roommate, I’m clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. I’m reliable with rent and communication, and I’m looking to live with people who are similarly mature, welcoming and easy to get along with. I’m happy to socialise occasionally, but I’m not looking for a party house.

Ideally, I’d like a home that feels relaxed, secure and positive, with good transport connections into Manhattan.
