I just moved here from Arizona! Looking for a space near Irvine Spectrum. I’m super clean, I typically like to have a clean shared space and I don’t ever mind splitting chores:) I love to cook, I’m pretty mellow and quiet…. You can usually find me reading or out with my gf or watching documentaries. If I’m not doing those things I’m at work, I’m a Financial Advisor (i work a lot! 7am-7pm) So I’m never really home during the week cause I’m working lol

Would love a roomie who is kind and doesn’t mind yapping or hanging out sometimes I do like my alone time especially since my whole job is yapping all day my social battery can be drained sometimes🥲 buuuut i love to make new friends and have cute artsy nights in or we could even start a show together idk but id love to be homies in our home hehe:)
