Hey! I’m 22 and moving to Newark this fall to start my PhD at Rutgers. My maximum budget is $1350/month plus utilities. I, m looking to move in around the week of August 10th or a bit earlier and stay for at least a year or another 4-5 years if this living situation works well. Because my position is backed by a secure university stipend, I have my official offer letter, proof of funds, and credit score fully prepared and ready to send over immediately.

I will be working full time during the week so won’t be in the apartment too much during the day. I love to cook, hike, and listen to music. I’m clean, respectful of house rules, and don’t have pets or smoke.

I would prefer to live in Ironbound or close to Rutgers in downtown, but am open to other areas. Please reach out if you have anything available!
