’m a, responsible woman (lgbtq) working two jobs. I’m seeking a private room in a peaceful, clean household within Austin city limits.

My budget is ideally $350–$650/month, preferably including utilities. I’m open to a co-op, owner-occupied home, women-centered household, or respectful LGBTQ-friendly shared home.

I have one very elderly indoor cat, Pearle Mae. She is quiet, house-trained, and remains entirely indoors. Keeping her with me is non-negotiable.

I’m looking for a stable arrangement where everyone communicates clearly, respects privacy, and maintains a calm home. I do not smoke, and I’m not looking for a party household.

Desired move-in: August 1.
