Hello! I am staring my MSW at DU this fall. I am hoping to find a roommate and spend $1100/person or less in wash park, cap hill, denver highlands, south broadway, cheesman park, near DU, or similar. I’m hopeful for a balcony and in unit laundry:) I do have a dog (Helen) and cat (June). Helen will love you more than me. She loves fetch and walks. She’s picky with other dogs tho so if you have one they would need to meet. June is chill and the sweetest. I like to read, gluten free bake, crafting like collage and polymer clay, binge watch tv and movies, go out to bars and stuff, hang with my friends, go on walks or to the park, go to concerts / live music, and more. I’m down to be friends but also okay if you want us to keep to ourselves. The one super kinda annoying thing about living with me is I am Celiac. If you are also gluten free that would be ideal and amazing but that’s hard to find lol. Because I cannot have gluten and am super sensitive to cross contamination we will need to work together to keep the kitchen extra clean and be mindful of things like crumbs. We won’t be able to share certain things like a toaster, air fryer, strainer, cutting board, or groceries (unless you’re gluten free too). We could work out keeping stuff separate and labeling too. I know it’s like lowkey annoying but it can be chill. I tend to be fairly clean and will keep shared spaces clean. Sometimes I’m a lil messy in my own space. I’m down to be friends or keep to ourselves. I will be pretty busy with school and I am looking for a job hopefully at a bar/restaurant while I work on my masters. I’m comfortable with living with any gender identity, but I do prefer you be close to my age like 25-35 ish.
