I’m Colin, 21, incoming software engineer at Deloitte (starting September). Looking for someone to split a 2BR with in College Park, Winter Park, or Thornton Park.

The logistics: • Move-in: Aug 1 – Sep 1, 12-month lease • Budget: ~$1,000–1,400/month each (so a $2,000–3,000 2BR) • I’m ~70% remote, so I’m home on weekdays. If you’re also remote, worth knowing up front, we’d both be around. • No pets currently, non-smoker

About me: I climb, produce music, and I’m pretty outgoing. I like EDM, festivals, surfing, fishing and self improvement. I go out on weekends and lock in during the week.

On cleanliness: dishes get done the same day, shared spaces stay clear. I’m not going to police your kitchen, I just don’t want to live in a sink full of pans.
