I am a 45 almost 46 year old female who has taught Art for 15+ years. My daughter graduated high school this year and as a single mother I am ready to take the next step in my life and move to Florida. I am introverted and keep to myself. I am clean and respectful. I am quiet. I enjoy the outdoors. I don’t have any pets and I don’t smoke. I’m friendly and easygoing. I’m looking for a room. Preferably furnished but not a deal breaker. I also prefer my own private bathroom but will consider a shared bathroom. A nice outdoor space would be nice too.
