I just need a decent room, an internet connection, a kitchen, and people that respect each other’s boundaries and mutual spaces. I spend most of my time in my room, often hanging out with friends online late in the night so I value my privacy more than anything else. I work at a local florist but I have a small cooking business on the side so a clean and tidy kitchen is a MUST for me. I’m a little OCD and prefer keeping to myself. My ideal roommate is a little on the quiet side too without many guests.

Basically, I want a quiet place to stay.

I don’t have a cat but there was no pet option. I have two rabbits that I would like to bring with me. They don’t smell and I’d keep them to my room so other pets shouldn’t be an issue to them.

Budget up to $1000 if utilities included. Otherwise, a little flexible on $800. I’m probably looking at staying for a year or so.
