I’ve been in Southern California for the last 25 years. Mostly Dana point and San Juan Capistrano. My 10-year marriage is coming to an end and I’m looking for somewhere local to live. I’m originally from Michigan, and I travel often for family and business. At home I spend most of my time working in front of a computer or out exercising. I am a very handy person to have around the home, but I do avoid anything having to do with electrical or plumbing. I’m not not a certified tradesman I just have years of experience. I also own two rental homes in Michigan.
