Hi there! My name is Huy, and I’m a remote software engineer in my 40s looking to relocate out of California.

I am a quiet, incredibly respectful, and tidy roommate who values a peaceful living space. I don’t smoke, drink, or party, so you’ll find me very easy to live with!

My lifestyle is highly mobile - I travel frequently for my work and personal life, meaning I will often be gone for 5-6 months at a time, totaling about 10-11 months out of town per year, giving you the apartment all to yourself! I would still pay for rent when I travel.

I am looking for a stable shared apartment with a formal lease agreement to help facilitate my move. I am also looking to team up with someone to find a 1 or 2-bedroom place where we can sign a lease together starting asap.
