Hi! I’m Nhan, an incoming UNT freshman studying music (piano and composition). Looking for a place in Denton so I’m not commuting three hours each way from Garland. I’m quiet, clean, and keep to myself, though I’m happy to be social when the mood strikes. I don’t smoke or party, and I’m out most of the day for class.

And no, I won’t be practicing in the apartment. That’s what campus practice rooms are for. Anything I do at home is on headphones.

I’m an international student from Vietnam, so I know what it’s like to be the new person figuring things out. Easy to talk to, low drama, pays rent on time.
