I am a student at NYU. Will be here until may 2027. I am quiet during the weekdays, as I will mostly be out at uni. Weekends will probably be very busy as well but I am open to socialize, grab coffee or a beer. I have no issue doing chores, no issue with having people around so long as noise is kept below a certain threshold.
