I’m a Los Angeles native who recently graduated from Georgia State University with my second degree. I’ve worked in case management for the past five years and recently started a rewarding position as a Hospital-Based Violence Intervention Specialist with Southern California Crossroads. I have stable, full-time income, work throughout the day, and am also looking for a second evening job.

I have over five years of positive rental history with no evictions and have successfully maintained my own apartments in Los Angeles, including in Inglewood and Koreatown. I take pride in being a responsible tenant who pays rent on time, keeps my living space clean, and respects both the property and those around me.

While I’ve never had roommates before outside of college, I’m considerate of shared spaces, communicate well, and value a clean, quiet, and respectful home where everyone feels comfortable. I’m looking for a place with like-minded, respectful people and would be a reliable, drama-free roommate. I can also provide pay stub history and proof of income if needed.
