Me and my wife (and our cat) are looking to move into a new place by 31 of August. We’re both working professionals, ages 30 and 31, wife works from home once or twice a week. We’re quiet, respectful, clean, and friendly. We require just one parking spot, we’d love to find a place to stay in Irvine, or Tustin. We both try to make as many home-cooked meals as we can, and don’t mind sharing, would absolutely be thrilled to end up as good friends.

Would honestly love finding a place with a tennis court.
