A little about me: I am originally from Taiwan. I’m a violin and piano teacher and I’ll be working in San Mateo. I’m looking to move in around August 1st (or the first week of August). I’m clean, quiet, not a party person, non smoker and I don’t cook a lot. I’m looking for a private room with private bathroom, but if sharing one female roommate is ok too. I do need to practice the violin at home during reasonable time as this is my profession. My ideal location is closed to caltrain within walking distance. San Mateo and Belmont are where I’m looking for rooms. Thank you and hope to find an ideal room soon.
