Hi! I’m 23 and moving to the Westminster area after accepting an EMT position with a local ambulance service. I’m looking to team up with someone to find a two-bedroom apartment.

I’m pretty clean, organized, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. In my free time I enjoy cooking, hiking, skiing, working out, and gaming.

I’m generally pretty quiet and don’t have people over very often. I’m always happy to hang out or grab dinner with roommates, but I also respect personal space and everyone’s schedule.

I value open communication and being considerate of each other’s schedules and lifestyles. I don’t have any pet allergies and am happy living with pets. I don’t really smoke myself but I dont care if roommates smoke weed inside, and I’m fine with cigarette smoking as long as it’s outside.

I’m looking for a comfortable, respectful living environment with someone who’s responsible, easy to get along with, and interested in finding a nice place together.
